Overview

These Terms apply when you use Vorex.Cloud. Vorex.Cloud provides managed hosting, hosted app infrastructure, hosted URLs, HTTPS, persistent storage, backups, and managed maintenance.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live to use Vorex.Cloud. You are responsible for your account information, account security, and activity under your account.

The service

Vorex.Cloud hosts and operates software tools, apps, and related services. Some hosted apps may be open-source or third-party software with their own behavior, licenses, terms, limitations, and update paths.

Hosted app content and configuration

You are responsible for what you upload, configure, connect, automate, expose, or share through hosted apps. This includes API keys, secrets, third-party integrations, public URLs, files, prompts, outputs, and other content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vorex.Cloud for unlawful activity, abuse, security harm, malware, spam, resource misuse, or content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, users, or third parties.

Trials, billing, and taxes

Prices, trial terms, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown during signup or checkout. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled, and you authorize Vorex.Cloud and its payment processor to process applicable charges. Taxes and fees may apply.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue through the paid period unless the account is suspended or terminated for another reason. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed.

Availability, backups, and data loss

Vorex.Cloud works to keep services available and maintains backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect recovery. You should keep your own copies of critical data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, risk, abuse, legal reasons, or harm to the service or others. When data is deleted, applicable active data is deleted promptly and backup copies may remain for up to 14 days before they expire.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorex.Cloud is provided as is and as available. Vorex.Cloud's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Vorex.Cloud for the service during the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, except where mandatory local law gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract.
