Overview

Vorex.Cloud provides managed hosting for software tools and related services. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

Data we collect

We collect account data such as your email address, authentication records, optional first and last name, and optional profile information when you use a third-party sign-in provider. We also process hosted app data, including app databases, files, uploads, settings, configuration, API keys, secrets, integrations, and operational metadata you provide through the service.

We collect form submissions, support messages, billing and subscription records, analytics events and pageviews, operational logs, and error reports needed to run and improve Vorex.Cloud.

How we use data

We use data to provide hosted apps, authenticate users, secure accounts, send transactional email, process trials and subscriptions, provide support, monitor abuse, debug incidents, improve reliability, understand aggregate service usage, and comply with legal obligations.

Hosted app data

You control what you place in your hosted apps. Vorex.Cloud may access hosted app data only when needed to operate, support, debug, secure, prevent abuse of, or comply with legal obligations for the service. Vorex.Cloud does not sell hosted app data and does not use it for marketing profiling.

Analytics

We use analytics to understand pageviews and product events. Analytics helps us see which pages and actions are used, diagnose product issues, and improve the service.

Service providers

We use service providers for transactional email, optional third-party sign-in, error monitoring, payment processing, and hosting and database infrastructure. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Vorex.Cloud.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and hosted app data while needed to provide the service. When data is deleted or an account is closed, applicable active data is deleted promptly. Backup copies may remain for up to 14 days before they expire.

Some records may be kept longer when needed for billing, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Your privacy rights

You can email info@vorex.cloud to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or other privacy rights that apply to your data.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, HTTPS, restricted operational access, and backups to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
